Thank you for considering our new home called Sunset Pool House located at 202 W Sunset. This brand new home (2023) is 2 levels with a 2 car garage, driveway, fully fenced in backyard, and new pool.

This home is 1.5 blocks from public beach access and near the bay. It is intended for families seeking a longer term stay for a minimum of 30 days in this exclusive neighborhood.

As you walk in, the ground floor features 2 bedrooms with walk out access down the hall to the great pool & backyard. Upstairs is the open concept kitchen, living/dining, another half bath the master with en suite full bath.

This fully furnished home is incredibly live able and amazing for a family with some time to the beach. All furniture is brand new and tastefully done with guest comfort in mind. There are 3 new Smart TVs for movies, a fully equipped kitchen ready to go -bring your clothes the rest we have ready for you.

Walk to Sea Turtle Inc with your kids, or grab a bite to eat at a few different beachfront restaurants including Bar Louie and Clayton's Beach Bar.

*Quiet neighborhood of luxury homes - short term rentals are not allowed in this area

*High speed wifi if you have work to get done and as 2 levels, plenty of nooks and crannies to hide out for some quiet work

This home is professionally managed locally by South Padre Trips. Rental includes complimentary towel and linen exchange 1x per week for guests at our office at 3800 Padre Blvd.

As this is a brand new build, there is nothing whatsoever dated about this home it was completed in March of 2023

This is a 30 day minimum rental. Pets are NOT allowed, and we will not allow subletting of any kind (results in immediate eviction FYI as not allowed in this area). Family coming to visit is not subletting, however please understand no more than 10 people may be at this home at any time.

Please understand that a signed rental agreement with photo ID is required, and you must do BOTH a $150 fee for damage coverage plan via the agency that manages the property South Padre Trips, as well as a fully refundable $2000 damage deposit after you book the home. This a brand new luxury home build.

If you have questions, please contact us prior to booking so we completely answer them. We do have a strict cancel policy with no refunds, so please ask before you book to avoid disappointments.

Guest access

We use a keypad for 24 hour a day entry. It is required you meet with our staff at South Padre Trips at the home for your check in in person as we want to acquaint you with the home and features and answer any questions. Home is professionally managed by South Padre Trips at 3800 Padre Blvd on the Island.

Other things to note

You must sign a rental agreement with photo ID prior to entry. A $150 fee for damage coverage is required as well as a refundable $2000 damage deposit. This money is collected after booking is made and prior to check in. This is not a reason for a cancellation nor refund and is clearly disclosed several times on this listing, Please contact us prior to booking if you have questions we are here to help :)

Note: this is a 30 day minimum rental, no exceptions and we do NOT allow pets. There is an additional utility charge if you wish to turn on the hot tub which heats to 102 degrees. Inquire. All other utilities including high speed wifi are included,
