This is a spacious, all tile floor ground floor condo. High ceilings, 2 bedroom 2 bathroom with a fully equipped kitchen.
Super easy walk to beach on the east side of Padre blvd so no heavy traffic to fight going to the public beach access point with your family
The eat at breakfast bar/counter is great for taco prep or service line to get your family quick meals
Washer and dryer in condo makes beach clean up a snap. Pool is very nice/southern exposure not too deep perfect for kids.
While we do allow up to 8 people in this condo, please understand that sleeping space is not adequate for 8, and you'd need to bring an airbed. At this time. there is a queen bed in each bedroom as well as a couch that does not pull out in living room.
We provide pots, pans, dishes, as well as towels & linens. Contactless entry with door code unless you prefer to check in at our South Padre Trips.com office at 3800 Padre Blvd on the Island

P.S. While this property has internet / Wi-Fi we cannot guarantee the speed nor the reliability as it is an island and the only provider is spectrum they are highly unreliable and it goes out a lot. Everywhere on the island is the same.
We require after booking is made completion of a docusign rental agreement as provided by the City of South Padre Island to maintain our short term rental permit. It is also required a photo of any State or Federally issued ID is attached to this digitally signed agreement to age verify.
Additionally any guests that are NOT 25 years of age or older are required to place down an additional $500 fully refundable damage deposit that is billed after booking is made.
Please do NOT book if you do not agree to complete the docusign OR if you are under 25 years of age and will not comply with the additional damage deposit requirement.
