*Hosting of outside guests, parties, or "get togethers" for non registered guests is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction. We know you and your registered guests are staying here for some fun, and that's totally fine/cool. Just not outside guests. We do may bachelorette and extended family stays.

Rent 3 of the 4 villas to accommodate up to 36 total guests. Perfect for extended families.

This Townhome is unit D and requires use of stairs to gain entry. It uniquely has a private rooftop patio perfect for cocktailing. It does NOT have access to the pools, FYI. This villa is not in flawless condition inside and is somewhat dated inside please understand this prior to booking it has flaws.

Occupancy is limited to a max of 12 people without prior written permission by host. This policy is enforced.

BBQ is NOT allowed on rooftop patio.

Linens and towels are provided, and exchange for clean is free of charge and available at our office 4 blocks away.

Primary guests under 25 requires PRE APPROVAL by host. Please note we do grant exceptions with an additional fully refundable damage deposit AND you must pay a 1 time $50 fee for a damage coverage protection plan Contact house prior to booking if questions

P.S. While this property has internet / Wi-Fi we cannot guarantee the speed nor the reliability as it is an island and the only provider is spectrum they are highly unreliable and it goes out a lot. Everywhere on the island is the same.

We require after booking is made completion of a docusign rental agreement as provided by the City of South Padre Island to maintain our short term rental permit. It is also required a photo of any State or Federally issued ID is attached to this digitally signed agreement to age verify.

Additionally any guests that are NOT 25 years of age or older are required to place down an additional $500 fully refundable damage deposit that is billed after booking is made.

Please do NOT book if you do not agree to complete the docusign OR if you are under 25 years of age and will not comply with the additional damage deposit requirement.
