This is an older unit & has flaws. It is difficult to find accommodations that hold this many people in this price

The space

Very unique complex all block construction of 4 units as villas. These are not your typical "condos" nor townhomes & are two levels. Less than 1 block to beach

The master bedroom & en suite bathroom are on the second floor via a spiral staircase

Exposed inside Brick wall & cement construction for peace & privacy

Up to 12 people allowed as stated above, though use of airbeds required to sleep that many

Big 6 foot windows to view private pool. Pool is exclusive to this villa only.

Two top floor villas do not have access to pools.

Kitchen is completely equipped. Eat in counter

Flat screen in living room plus every bedroom

This townhome is not perfect and has flaws.

*Layout is 2 bedrooms down, master up. 1 bathrooms up and down

2 dedicated parking spaces off street included. Note a golf cart is considered a car and there is not additional provide parking

Rent 3 of the 4 villas to accommodate up to 36 total guests. Perfect for extended families though generally you will need to book 6 to 8 weeks in advance for this

Up to 2 dogs allowed. There is a $75 non refundable fee per pet

Rules to note below:

Occupancy is strictly limited to a max of 12 people without prior written permission by host. This policy is enforced. Max 2 cars as mentioned

BBQ by pool is allowed - we do not provide grill. Charcoal if used must be completely removed from property come prepared or a high fee will be charged.

Linens and towels are provided, and exchange for clean is free of charge and available at our office 4 blocks away.

Primary guests under 25 requires PRE APPROVAL by host. Note we do grant exceptions with an additional (higher) fully refundable damage deposit AND you must pay a 1 time $50 fee for a damage coverage protection plan on top of damage deposit.

Be aware, Hosting of outside guests, parties, or "get togethers" for non registered guests is strictly prohibited and will result in eviction. We know you and your registered guests are staying here for some fun, and that's totally fine/cool. Just not outside guests. We do may bachelorette and extended family stays.

Note...this unit is older inside and not remodeled.

Up to 2 dogs are allowed, but a pet fee of $75 PER PET is assessed.

Rules - cannot be left alone to bark, not welcome on furniture, and all pet waste must be picked up & disposed of. If unregistered pets are found at property immediate eviction results with no refunds.

P.S. While this property has internet / Wi-Fi we cannot guarantee the speed nor the reliability as it is an island and the only provider is spectrum they are highly unreliable and it goes out a lot. Everywhere on the island is the same.

We require after booking is made completion of a docusign rental agreement as provided by the City of South Padre Island to maintain our short term rental permit. It is also required a photo of any State or Federally issued ID is attached to this digitally signed agreement to age verify.

The condo is perfect for guests who are not looking for updated features or fine linens and soaps. However, if guests are looking for a simple and basic condo, this is an excellent choice.
