The space:

We are talking about waterfront - waterfront! This property is built directly on the bay, and beneath the deck are the waters of the Laguna Madre Bay

Our 3 level 3 bedroom bungalow on Tarvana Street in historical Port Isabel is one of our nicest townhomes inside.

First floor as you walk in, you will see the brand new finishes with white quartz counters, stainless steel appliances, and high ceilings as well as all tile floors on the ground floor with a half bath and open concept that leads directly to the living room and front patio, which is on the water. The second floor has two queen beds one in each bedroom, while the third floor features one full bed, two queen bunk beds, and an additional full bed on a trundle. Plus, there's a spacious sofa, and we even provide a double-sized air bed (just remember to bring bedding if you plan on using it or the sofa)

Located just 2 blocks from the historic Port Isabel square and lighthouse that kids and adults alike will love, you'll find many options for shopping, dining, and entertainment options just steps away

Additionally we provide 2 off street parking spaces and the breathtaking views of South Padre Island from one of the two decks. Witness awe-inspiring sunsets and weekend fireworks in the summer.

While this property lacks a pool, the beach is just a few minutes by taking the causeway bridge or taxi. Port Isabel offers a more peaceful atmosphere rather than the traffic on the island, making it perfect for those seeking relaxation. For supplies we have Walmart and HEB conveniently less than about two miles away for anything you may need.

If you want to fish, you'll love the opportunity to fish right from the deck of this property or walk to Pirate's Landing pier 2 blocks away for even better fishing at night in particular. And for just $8 you can access the 150-yard pier over the Laguna Madre at Pirates Landing.

While we can comfortably accommodate up to 8 guests please note that unregistered guests and visitors or going over occupancy are not permitted and will result in eviction. We also wish to disclosed that while this property just don't have cameras inside or out there is a ring doorbell on the property at the entrance

Please be mindful that loud music and parties are strictly prohibited at this property. This is one of five private bungalows completed in 2 years ago, providing a brand-new rental experience for families.

Enjoy the convenience of high-speed wifi and contactless check-in, along with essential amenities such as pots, pans, linens, towels, and a basic starter pack of soaps, trash bags, dishwasher pods, etc though not unlimited nor replenished so please plan accordingly if long stay.

Fishing guides prefer booking our Bungalows over South Padre as super near to the White Sands boat launch where many guides put in that is only a couple of blocks away.

For dining recommendations that are super close Pirates Landing and Joephines offer exceptional cuisine, just blocks away or Hopper Haus for many craft beers on tap plus bar style food

Please note that our listing requires the primary tenant to be 25 years of age or older and present at check-in. Additionally, an E-sign rental agreement with an attached photo ID is required after booking. We do not accept cancellations, and if you are under 25, please contact us before booking.

This property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips located at 2600 Padre Boulevard 78597 and we are open seven days a week from 9 AM to 5 PM. Should you need something.
