The Space:

Beach & Palms is a cozy 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located less than a block to the beach at 119 E Bahama. This street is super close to bars & restaurants making it very walkable for your entire stay and as it is on the east side of the busy Padre Blvd main drag, you will have a much easier walk to the beach.

The open concept kitchen flows to a 6-person dining table and large couches for family movies after a long day at the beach.

This 4-plex offers 2 off-street parking spaces and a pool in the back for unwinding. The 2nd-floor patio off the pool offers a great view as well.

The bedding includes a queen in the master bedroom, 2 single beds in the 2nd bedroom, and a pull-out couch in the living room. An airbed is also provided, but please bring bedding if you plan to use the airbed or couch. All other bedding is provided. The owner may replace the 2 single beds with an adult-sized airbed with 2 full-sized beds soon '?" but this would provide more sleeping space '?" not less.

The condo has 2 full bathrooms, one connected to the master bedroom. A stackable washer and dryer make cleaning up before going home easy. The condo features all-tile floors, high ceilings, and stainless steel appliances in the fully equipped kitchen.

This property does allow max 2 dogs $75 fee per pet however Dogs may not be left alone to bark nor on furniture.

Please note this is a 2nd-floor unit that requires going up a flight of stairs to enter. This provides an advantage with no noise from downstairs.

BBQing is not allowed on property, but as Beach & Palms is centrally located, making it easy to walk to many bars and restaurants overcomes this largely.

The condo includes linens and towels.

We do offer off season discounts for stays over 4 nights Sept 2 to Dec 20th, as well as active military & tackle football coach discounts. Just contact us we would love to hook you up if you qualify.

For those who need to work, the condo has suitable high-speed WiFi (though sometimes spotty on the Island from Spectrum) it usually is fine.

Property is professionally managed by South Padre Trips locally at 2600 Padre Blvd 78597 here on the Island. We provide a starter pack of toiletries, soaps, and dishwasher pods (though not replenished nor unlimited). For stays over 3 nights, we offer complimentary towel and linen exchange at our office.
